Headliner: Brian Fitzy
Who is Brian Fitzy?
Blending elements from a variety of genres and decades, Brian Fitzy falls somewhere between Daryl Hall and Jamiroquai by way of A Tribe Called Quest. Vocalist, electric violinist, guitarist, beat-boxer. Bringing these elements together live with looping technology, the result is soul-pop with undertones from the golden age of hip hop.

Dave Connelly - Event Host
Although he began his musical career only six years ago, Dave Connelly is one of the busiest musicians in Colorado, having played over 300 gigs a year for the last 4 years. His versatility in performing so many different genres of music has been his main attraction as an artist. His music styles cover classic rock, pop, country, acoustic pop, hip hop and more.
His strongest musical passion is live looping, a performance style which is still steadily emerging and gaining a significant following. Dave seeks to expose more people to live looping by creating an event around some of the most talented loopers in the world. This is how the idea for The Dissoniq Music Loop Festival emerged.
Being an entrepreneur, Dave knew that if he was going to do this festival he wanted to bring in some of the biggest names in this up-and-coming performing art to ensure a successful event. This is Dave’s first endeavor at producing a festival and he is very excited and confident that he is packing the stage with some of the most incredible talent out there. The Dissoniq Music Festival will deliver a truly unique music experience for fans to watch, listen and enjoy.
Buddhakai is a truly dynamic rapper based in Denver, with personal and sonic roots firmly planted in New Jersey. The Wu-Tang comparison is easy to draw given his incredibly forceful delivery over boom bap, and penchant for using vocal inflection and cadence switch-ups to sound like multiple characters. But Buddhakai’s content sets him apart. He’s a proud and sober man of God, and while for most artists that means one-dimensional storytelling, for Buddhakai it means the opposite. His positive, dynamic presence is starkly contrasted by his drug-fueled tumultuous past, and he pours both lives into his music. As an emcee he understands and speaks to such a range of experiences that he unifies otherwise estranged audiences.
Years of dominating stages in New Jersey with his guttural delivery and razor sharp timing earned Buddhakai a spot on D&D Project II in the early 2000s, sharing the album with the likes of Big Daddy Kane, RA The Rugged Man, The Alchemist, DJ Premier, and more. His 2013 release, Clock Strikes 13 expanded on the creativity that gained him recognition, using catchy hooks to compliment detailed and metaphoric storytelling. His upcoming 2018 project entitled, "TIMELESS," will see a diversified beat selection underneath vigorously spit bars, all focused on a singular, powerful theme: “Freedom”
